Delivery

We offer a FREE delivery service within a 5km radius from Booragoon on FRIDAY and SATURDAY. This applies to any order with no minimum order amount. Please note we can only start deliveries after the shop has been closed for the day. Please email us if you have a specific delivery time.

We also offer delivery on cakes over the price of $400 within a 15km radius of Booragoon. All other orders will be required to pick up.

We discuss storage options with venues prior to or when we deliver your order. Please note Sukar is not liable for damages or changes to design, once your order has been safely delivered to the venue.

Pick Up

We require a minimum of 48 hours for smaller cake orders and three business days for larger orders. Please email us first if you require an order closer to the date than 48 hours.

We are a made-to-order bakery and are not open to the public. We are, however, happy to accept walk ins if you are wanting to place an order for a future date. Please note the bakery opening hours to the public are appointment-based as opening times may vary.

For orders that you have placed, we are available for pick up appointments from Tuesday to Friday from 9.30am to 2pm and on Saturday from 9.30am to 12pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Design Details

We work mainly with buttercream and ganache. We sometimes use fondant to create certain specific designs such as hand-painted illustrations or cutouts of shapes.

If you have placed an order online and would like to provide us with more detail regarding the design, please feel free to email us with inspirational images and a detailed description.

How To Order

To place an order you can either purchase our delicious items directly from our website or email us for an invoice.If you have any questions about our products, please email us and we will provide additional information.

We require a deposit or full payment to confirm an order. Please note, if an order has not been confirmed with a payment we may not be able to complete the order.

Phone or in Person Consultations

If you would like a phone or in person consultation, please email us and we shall book in a scheduled date and time. Please note we have limited availability for phone or in person consultations during peak season as our staff are busy making delicious orders.
